Our clients are a small but expanding company based in new offices in Selsdon.

They are currently looking to recruit an accounts assistant to complete the following duties

* Input Supplier Invoices and file
* Reconcile Statements
* Pay Suppliers
* Input all central invoices
* Send out monthly statements
* Send out overdue letters as per meeting with accounts manager
* Chase debt
* Allocate cash received and mark paid invoices
* Banking and working on sage

Ideally you will have experience in sage and a good all round knowledge of accounts and sales/ purchase ledgers.
