Job Description

AMG specialise in the sale of vacant residential property throughout the UK. From our offices in Guildford, Macclesfield and Newcastle Upon Tyne, we act on behalf of a large number of Corporate Clients with annual property sales in excess of £900 million.

We are currently looking for bright, motivated peopled to join our dynamic team, preferably with residential property experience (although this is not essential).

Following the completion of an initial training period you will be part of a hard working team responsible for the administration on the sales of residential property throughout the UK, liaising directly with Solicitors, Estate Agents, Surveyors and Maintenance Contractors.

The role is extremely diverse and challenging, the ideal candidate will have a strong team working ethic,  proven administrative experience,  strong Microsoft Outlook and Word skills. The ability to multi task whilst maintaining excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills in a fast paced environment is a must.  The role requires someone who is highly motivated and self directing.
