Job Description

As a Underwriting Technician you will provide support for all technical underwriting referrals arising from motor and household business and expert underwriting technical advice to ensure effective management of underwriting risk.
You will have a knowledge of Insurance Principles & Practices.
An advanced understanding of the CDL and I-Series systems is preferred, as well as experience of underwriting processes.
Ability to approach and solve problems in a logical manner reacting swiftly to risk and executing desired solutions, referring key issues to senior staff promptly.
