Job Description
An excellent opportunity for a fantastic Chef de Partie wanting to join a quality establishment.
This property currently boasts 4 Stars and 2 AA Rosettes. They hold around 100 weddings every year and can do banqueting up to 300 people. From these factors alone this property will provide the challenge many Chef de Parties are seeking! The question is are you up for that challenge!
Due to the banqueting trade that they frequently attract it is essential that applicants have previous experience of cooking volume in a highly standards driven establishment. Holding 2 AA Rosettes the brigade is currently pushing for a third and therefore it is necessary that you have worked in a Rosette accredited property and you yourself are looking for acclaim and an opportunity to prove your worth. If you have a stable CV with excellent references and feel that you have the necessary drive and ambition then this could be the job waiting for you.
