Job Description
A leading Aerospace and defence company is currently looking for an Assistant Accountant for their office in Farnborough.
This is a short term contract which will finish in the end of May.
We are looking for a part qualified accountant who understands project accounting and costs.
As Assistant Accountant you will post journals, Check project profitability, and Check revenue recognition. You will also be involved in cost analysis.
Essential skills and experience:
* Part Qualified accountant
* SAP experience using SAP for Projects
* Good excel skills
We are ideally looking for somebody who will have working knowledge of Profit and Loss, bal sht and cashflow and the interactions between them.
Also highly desirable are Hyperion extraction skills and Balance sheet reconciliation.
